Data Analysis

All the numbers and data gathered functioned as and aid for the researchers to come up with a conclusion regarding the effectivity of the used technology of the organization. In the process of gathering it was realized that the santugon’s website was not able to serve its purpose. This is on the basis that of the 70 out of 700 members of the organization not all respondents were aware of the existence of the website. Only 37 knows about its existence, 25 did not know and 5 respondents failed to answer the question. Also, from the members who were aware of the website only a few actually visited the website due to the reasons that it was not regularly updated, not interactive enough and there were other easier means of communicating with the members.
With this conclusion the researchers recommend that santugon must provide other forms of media to promote their website one of which is a massive text campaign that would more rapidly inform almost all the of organization’s members. Another is through placing posters and small print advertisements around school in order to also cater to those members who do not possess cellular phones. In terms of activity within the site, the creators of the website must establish message boards, online registration of the members, daily/weekly polls and surveys, and web tutorials which can be made possible by uploading study guides or creating channels for a more interactive learning session.
